1. How long are shipping times?

2. What's your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order?

Please ensure you double-check your order before hitting the PAY button.  Once payment is made on your order, we usually do not accept requests for cancellation but you may still try to attempt to cancel by contacting us.  However, we cannot guarantee that the attempt will be successful due to the way the shipment integrates with all orders that are paid.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, simply notify us.  We will then contact you to find the best solution that will work for both sides.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll try to work something out.
