  1. How long are shipping times?

For all standard shipping methods, products will ship within two working days of your order, and then take up to four working weeks to reach your doorstep.  With the world going through the current pandemic and with countries closing their borders, shipments will definitely take longer to arrive.  We know you will understand!

For orders opting a faster mode of delivery, the parcel should be in your hands within 7 working days.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

Kindly refer to the explanation in "Refund Policy".  This policy can be found at the foot of the site.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Please ensure you double check your order before hitting the PAY button.  Once payment is made on your order, you can still try to attempt a cancellation advise by contacting us.  However, we cannot guarantee that the attempt will be successful due to the way the shipment integrates with all orders that are paid.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, simply notify us.  We will then contact you to find the best solution that will work for both sides.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll try to work something out.
